First Friday is a new relaxed, in-person GBx meet-up series hosted with our friends at [CBRE](https://www.cbre.co.uk/), bringing the GBx community together in one of San Francisco’s most spectacular downtown offices.

You’re invited to gather for a light (free) lunch to meet, mingle, and connect with fellow founders, operators, and investors – all while enjoying great conversation and unbeatable city views. The CBRE team will also share a quick insider perspective on the San Francisco real estate market and what they’re seeing on the ground.
